Hi Jeff, Are you using the earthlink authentication smtp server? Do you have authentication turned on?
If not, that could explain why you could receive messages in many places but were unable to send them. The smtp for earthlink should be smtpauth.earthlink.net and you need to set authentication to yes on the braillenote. We had this problem too until we finally figured it out. Don
