Hi Keith, This past summer my braille display stopped working for (apparently) no reason, I was in the middle of typing something and it just died. The speech worked fine, just no braille. When I tried to turn braille on I got the message "The braille display is not operating." It turned out to be a problem with the motherboard, which had to be replaced.
