Hi Jonathan,
I'm not sure what the information is about.  I have not had a chance to have 
someone read it to me yet.  It might just be a reminder to get my hardware 
repair  and the SMA agreement updated.  Thanks for trying to figure this out 
for me.  It just always boggles my mind when companies that serve people who 
are blind or visually impaired send out their information in print.  Don't 
worry you aren't the only company that has been known to do this.  APH does it 
often too.
