Hi everyone,
If you are writing a well constructed email then surely providing entire 
quoted messages isn't necessary. If we all change subject lines to reflect 
the message content, and also if we simply include a line at the start 
something like: In response to Jack's message about.... whatever then what 
to quote and where to quote it becomes redundant.
