Hi Listers, Okay one of the files I keep trying to print starts halfway down on the page. Every time I try to print it the top of where the words that start the document are moved farther down the page. I have tried saving the document again sometimes this fixes the problem. Every time I try to print that file the problem gets worse. I guess I should experiment with the margins or what? I just don't understand all these files are keyword Braille. They all have a similar format to them. Why is the one file has trouble and if it worsens every time I print that one just boggles my mind. If it had a problem why would the problem get worse with each printing? That just defies logic in my opinion. Any ideas? Thanks for your time and your help. Lisa
