Hi All, I was wondering how many digits I need to use for the PK serial number. For the other BN family members, I thought I heard something about five, so thought I had better check for the PK.
When I went to the BrailleNote SDW download site and entered various parts of my PK serial number, first trying the first six numbers before the dash, I got an error message. And, yes, I do know that there are no software upgrades for the PK at this time, but I thought I would check and see if entering my serial number showed my SMA info, anyway. But, now, I want to go to the Sendero web site and purchase the GPS, and I need to know what serial number to give there. Thanks.
