There must be something wrong with my BN then, because it's never saved 
phone numbers for me if I just hit space with E.  At first I didn't know 
what to do and then I just figured it out one day and tried to remember 
it... except this one time...

Thanks for all your help.  In any case my BN should just save the number 
then right?
