In addition, it would be great if PDI/HUMANWARE can truly tell us what is 
truly SUPPORTED IN MS WORD as opposed to just making a BLANKET STATEMENT 
that KeySoft is MS Word compatible.  It would also help to know upfront 
which Ms Word versions get whatever support is available.  Example, if 
support is available for Ms Word 97 or 2000, say so, and let us know upfront 
that ONLY CERTAIN TYPES OF FORMATTING are supported for these versions.
