Hello Listers: I found a web page that does describe these errors and will copy to the message on what I found in winsock error 10057.
WSAENOTCONN - Error 10057 Question/Problem: Socket is not connected. Answer/Solution: A request to send or receive data was disallowed because the socket is not connected and (when sending on a datagram socket) no address was supplied.
