Anita, Don't let your counselor hide behind e-mail. If he doesn't respond to your e-mail, go see him in person. Print out all the information you can about the BrailleNote and bring this to your appointment. You may also want to write a short outline regarding the questions and issues you wish to discuss so that you don't forget them. Good luck!
