Anita, Have you e-mailed your counselor information about the BrailleNote and/or the URL to Pulsedata's website? If not, I would give him as much information as possible. When I requested my BN 32, I provided my counselor with tons of URLs that explained how the BrailleNote worked and how blind people were using one on their jobs and in the community. Give your counselor as much information as possible so that he understands how the Braille 'N Speak and BrailleNote differ. Finally, remember that requesting technology from VR is very much like preparing a court case. The more facts and written information you can provide to support your need for a BrailleNote, the better. Good luck!!
