Please be patient with me folks, I'm using a borrowed unit, and heaps and heaps of notes and themanual to come up with a full explanation document to creating forms. I will definitely try and have this ready at the end of this weekend Melbourne time. I have to test what I've written to see if it works.

May I suggest that you read Chapter 10 well that's what it is in this version 4 manual chapter 10.10 and chapter 7 which is the advanced word processor commands, particular the parts concerning the format menu. That will give you something to read whilst you wait. I don't know if these references apply to the version 5 manual, but go to the index of your manual and look up templates and see what you can find there. Also look up the format menu, for a casual read. Hth. Steeve.
