Dear Isaac, If you upgrade from Keysoft 3.06 or 4.01 and you still have the old motherboard, then you need to upgrade both the motherboard and the Keysoft version. My old BN has the old motherboard and Keysoft 3.06, so it would cost me about $1100 or $1200 to upgrade it to work with Keysoft 5.1. Then, I'd have to pay $399 to upgrade from 5.1 to 6.1.
