Hi Terri;
I can not stand slates either. I learned the brailler first. They say
which ever you learn first is what you are the best at. I have been
brailling since second grade. That is why I chose the BT. When I saw my
teacher's BT, I fell in love with it. I had always wanted a Braille and
Speak in the olden days. I then got a Braille Mate with my current
computer.
We found errors in the manual and I never got far with that machine.
I sure like my braille Note. Most of the moves are easy to understand.
They are logical, being based around the braille cell.
Thanks
Terry Powers

Well, I never liked the slate and stylus but I do have 3 kicking around
here. I thought I would try to see if I could improve my skills, but no
such luck. I'm thinking of giving one away, possibly two.
