In this case, don't jiggle it. Just grab it and keep a firm grip on it and 
pull it straight out. Another thing is not to insert and remove it too 
much. try not to do this too much. I really don't like the way these cards 
fit in there cause there's the potential for them to break if removed with 
great frequency.
