Hi All, When using my PK with my cell phone just now on the bus to try and receive my email, the PK once again locked up and I couldn't get it to do a thing. It just stayed at the "use which email account?" prompt, even though I had already hit enter to say to use the same one as always. I didn't try any of the resets to fix things, but only tried to turn the unit off in the normal way with no luck.
Then, I happened to remember something I had tried before when I was first starting to get my Bluetooth and cell phone connection set up, I turned off Bluetooth on my cell phone. I was asked if I was sure I wanted to turn it off with an active Bluetooth connection, and I said yes. And, yes, doing that did indeed unfreeze, so to speak, my PK. I got the cannot find the port message, but I didn't have to do any of the resets to fix things. Now, whether that would have fixed my "sending 1" message that I only got rid of with the simple reset and then it caused my pretty much complete re-initialization of the PK last week, I can't say, but it is something I will keep in mind to try and use to resolve a possible problem in the future. every
