Hi folks, whilst I agree that a USB port would be nice, if the pcmcia
slot was removed, the micro drives I possess wouldn't be operable
because they don't fit into any pc card reader. Also my Ambicom
wireless card goes into the pcmcia slot only. As an unemployed person
who, due to my disabilities cannot work, I don't have the finances to
buy a new machine with lots of new expensive hardware. To have a new
USB port fitted on the BN BT or QT would cost over a thousand pounds
and you would be without your machine for some length of time, and we
know how louzy Pulsedata/Humanware are about fixing or adapting machinery!
