Hi Lisa! Whenever I have this problem, it's after having to reset whilst in the middle of doing something with the email program, due to a conflict between programs. It seems that, for example, you can't cancel an alarm while you're deleting marked email or, for that matter, while online, at least not with 5.1 b 22. When that happens, your email databases really get screwed up and you almost have to restore everything to get it all right again. It's a mess, but sometimes I've had no choice.
