Maybe your email folders are corrupted and need to be uncorrupted. Were you here when we discussed that procedure, or do you need it again? I had to uncorrupt mine once. This is a tricky procedure. You might want a techie from PDI to walk you through it. You will oose what's in your email files, but at least they'll work again afterwards.
