Hi All, I mysteriously lost my address list file a few weeks ago.
I spent days adding all the information and to my horror, when I needed to gather some information from the file, it was empty. I searched everywhere. Luckily, I did have at least most of my email addresses on the storage card. I never found the huge database but now, I make sure that my storage card has at least the original of everything that I enter into the VN whether I enter it via my computer or I manually write. I've still not gotten everything re-added, as it took forever the first time, and its frustrating to not be able to add the information by copying and pasting into the address list. So, I sympathize with all who have lost important data. Just let this be a hard lesson learned. This definitely does not give one who is new to the product a positive feeling about putting more money into upgrading and such. I think about the times that there have been ghosts in my out box and of the many times when I know there were no messages in the out box, and when checking mail, I heard that 526 messages had been sent. I guess that out box ghost had been busy those times. Donna
