Oh well I think their is a possibility to copy and paste information from a file and I'll tri to explain how.

From the KeyWord Menu: select "Open a document", and open the file wear you
have the information that you want to copy.
Move the cursor onto the first character you want included in your new address, enter the "Block Commands" these block commands are accessed through the Block Commands Menu, which you can enter by pressing CONTROL with B. (space with dots 1-2).

Select the "Top marker insertion" option.
Now move the cursor just past the last character you want included in the block.
Then select the "Copy block to clipboard".

Then exit from that document and create a new document, name it "New Address" or something like that, enter the block commands menu, select "Paste Block", and the text in the clipboard is inserted at the cursor position.

Then you need to erase all the newline marx.
Go to the Block Commands, mark the hall document and copy it.

Exit from that document and the KeyWord Menu, go to the address list and select "Add address"

You'll need to paste the block and edited each time you need to add an item on a field.
Hope that helps! Hilda.
