I don't really understand why people on this list are being labeled impatient and told to wait and quit their complaining, etc. When it was said over and over again that keysoft would be released in the last quarter of 2004, and then wasn't, why shouldn't we be impatient for what was promised to us? Especially if you know this company's history and their propensity to promise an update and then not have that promise fulfilled to well after that specified time, I feel that people's frustration and overall concern is more than warranted. It's time PDI got their act together regarding these types of matters.
