Let me begin by introducing myself. My name is Gery Gaubert and I live in Louisiana. I am currently training a high school student on the use of the braillenote. While I understand the basic operations I am having some problems figuring out the transfer of files to and from the braillenote. I installed active sync and it appears to work, however when I hit the alt key on the computer not all options are available. Any discussion on this would be appreciated. .
