Anne; What I am trying to get across, is I do not think it was mentioned in chapter1. I have not heard about it on the list serve and I did not think of calling them because I was sending it in for a cleaning and it had a stuck enter key. I just sent them a note with the machine with all the imfo. They should mention it in chapter one, when they tell about the agreements or where your id number is. Terry Powers
