This is only speculation on my part, but I think if the problem could
have been fixed it would have been by now. The Braille Note family has
a weakness when it comes to downloading large amounts of mail. It
could be a limitation with WindowsCE. We can't say that PDI Humanware
should fix this or that, because we don't know what they are doing
behind the scenes.
NO piece of technology is perfect. If a feature doesn't work well, or
doesn't work like you want it to, there are alternatives.

The problem with sbc's pages is there are tons of links on the page. You'd
have to use the find command to make this work.
Much better for PDI to acknowledge and fix the problem quickly.
