There are two ways. At the Address Bar, you could press SPACE once to get to the "List of Favorites in 'My Favorites' folder" prompt. Press BACKSPACE once to choose a different folder if you've saved the file on the Flash Disk, as the default folder here is the 'My Favorites' folder of the Flash Disk. If it's on a CFC or disk, press BACKSPACE twice to choose the "CompactFlash" or "Storage Card" drive, whichever appropriate. Once you've chosen the location and are at the "List of Favorites" view again, press [SPACE with X], [READ with X] to get to the "List of HTML, Braille, and text files" view; select your file, and press ENTER.
If you're on a Web page, press [ENTER with O], [CONTROL with 2] to access the Internet Options Menu, and select the "Open HTML file" option.
