For your second question, when you return to the Main Menu, you should be
prompted about e-mails being in the OutBox and asked whether you wish to
send them. Type Y, and connect to your service. The BN will only connect
to your SMTP server and send the mail using this method, and no connection
to the POP3 server will take place. After the message is sent, you're
notified in the normal way, and returned to the Main Menu upon completion.
