Hi Reggie,

When you do get these server errors such as the 10022 and 10060, if you try it
again does it connect?

I sometimes will get the 10022, but if I try again, it will often work. Same
goes for the "cannot find server" message.

Also, after you get one of these messages, don't shut off the bn or do a reset,
but rather go into the options menu and the connectivity menu and check the
active connection details to be sure you are still actually connected. If so,
the problem is likely not with your actual connection. If you do show as being
disconnected though, it could still be a connection problem.

Also, just because you can connect with a laptop doesn't necessarily mean you
will connect as readily with another device such as a pc.

In computing, there are very very few absolutes. Sure would make life easier
if there were more though. <smile>

Some providers seem a bit more difficult to connect to using the bn for some
reason. Also, there are times when I will get the 10060 on my pc also when
trying to check mail and the problem will clear itself up in a minute or two.
That sure doesn't make it any less irritating though. <smile>
