Ann, I just learned that the pac mate does now have an unzip package as of three weeks ago. Does the Braille note have an unzip package? Yes, sort of. When you unpack a bookshare book you are in fact using an unzipping utility. If you have a .zip file containing multiple documents, you can rename it, giving it a .bks extension. Then, after transferring it to the Braille Note, use the book reader to access the .bks file. You'll be prompted for the path to the file and the destination for the unpacked "book". Tell it where you want everything, press Enter on the password prompt and you'll be placed in one of the unpacked files. If you exit out, then do a directory listing on the folder in question, you should find that all of the files have been unpacked. I offer this as a rather unorthodox way of dealing with the issue, and, since Pulse Data may not support the bookshare unpack utility for this purpose, I'd say that your mileage may vary and use the utility for unzipping multiple files at your own risk.
