Hi Riana:

I'm curious--this is the second or third time I've heard someone mention having
difficulties unzipping files with multiple files/folders inside. I have never
encountered a difficulty with this, and have done so a few times. One time I
unzipped a folder called recipes. Within this folder were a numerous amount of
folders (probably 30 or so), and each one of these zipped folders contained
many, many, files of recipes. This went off without a hitch.

The only bks files I've ever been unable to unzip were those which, unbeknownst
to me, contained a pdf file inside. These I could not unpack.

So, Riana, I'm asking for you and any others experiencing this problem to
please explain what exactly happens when you try to unzip folders with multiple
folders/files inside. Do you encounter an error tone or message?

Thanks for satisfying my curiosity, Laura
