Yes, call tech.  I have gotten great help from them.  Hard to get through 
with all of us having growing pains to understand wireless, but they really 
try hard (smile).

Ann, I am certainly going to try placing the router in the open, (trying to 
find the time), but just to let you know, I think I now have found part of 
the trouble.  My BN wants to connect to another network.  Keeps popping up 
and saying "new network recognized.  I asked it to scan and it put in 
everything.  Perhaps this is part of the problem? Also, we are going to 
begin to place some security back on the router.  If I put in the wep number 
and use the #1 key will this help to encourage the BN to see "my" router? I 
looked onconnectivity and there are some settings concerning whether one 
wants to see all networks, (can't remember the other options).  Would any of 
these options be worth manipulating to overcome my "new network" syndrome? 
OK, vowed I wouldn't write a book tonight, butt again, thanks for all the 
help! It's almost there I think! (smile)
