[Braillenote] Deleting attachments

Dear List,

A while ago, someone said that her attachments were not erased together
with the email.  I discovered that One can also delete an attachment
from the email, even when not specifically prompted on whether you want
to do that, by pressing backspace with c on a bt when the curser is on,
but not in,  the attachment.  I established this via the contextual help
at that point, so for QT users, the contextual help should also provide
the relevant command.
