Yes, you can, but some times they won't change and it also causes junk to 
appear in the braille display. Another thing, if you mess with a document 
that isn't in keysoft format and try to change it, no matter what you say to 
the save prompt, often times you'll find yourself with an empty document. 
Its one of several known bugs in the software.

Hi, when you are in a document, press enter with L to choose the language
you wish to write in. You can change languages in the document as often as
you need.
