I for one find the BT keys rather loud... especially when I'm taking an exam. I feel very self-conscious of them, and my friends have teased me about it good-naturedly on many occasions. Still, I feel they have a long way to go to be considered "quiet", and I'm really glad I never had a BT when they were still considered loud. <lol> Laura ----- Original Message ----- From: "Susan Stageberg" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, October 21, 2004 1:01 PM Subject: RE: [Braillenote] Keybord Noise
In the beginning, the BT keys were pretty noisy and clackety, but in newer versions they are as quiet as the QT keys, in my estimation. And all of it is quieter than a slate and stylus. Turn the speech off in a quiet setting and few people will know, and those who do will be fascinated.
