Hey Rhonda, Thanks for this info, I didn't know the BT command. Jim, as for how to delete those temporary internet files, you may need to use the file manager. Go into keysoft system disk\windows\profiles\guest\temporary internet files\content.ie5. Erase all the folders in there, they will all have strange names that won't seem to relate to anything. I think there might be a small bug in Keyweb that doesn't allow one to delete temporary internet files from within the browser.
