Hi From the from field in the e-mail, do a backspace with k to copy to the clipboard, then do a backspace ener with a to get to the address book and either go to look up or add new address. At he e-mail field, do a backspace with v to copy to the e-mail field, and i have a display so go to the extra stuff copied in the field like their name and greater than signs and that extra stuff and erase it so all i hve left is the e-mail address.
