Hi Rhonda and List,
I just don't know what to say. It sounds like you're right in saying your VN
still has elements of 6.1 on it. This just shouldn't happen, and I hope HW
makes it right. With all the help you give, day in and day out on this list, I
can't imagine you haven't tried everything, so I don't have any more
suggestions.
My only thought is that you could once again try installing 6.1 on it again,
but I doubt this will do anything except make the problem even worse, not that
it could get much worse. You deserve a prompt and thorough response from HW,
and I sincerely hope you get it.

>Bob. Yes, I can call Tech Support in the morning. I've been trying not to be
>angry about this. Having my machine in twice in six weeks is costly. I've
>called the 925 number so that I wouldn't use the 800 number. I've been on
>hold for an hour at times. What more can I do?
>As I said in an earlier post, it's great to discuss the future upgrades, but
>I'd sure like to have my present one figured out.
>Thanks for reading.
