Hi Al, There is an issue with sending email on the PK that was fixed in KeySoft 6.1. Our next release for the PK will incorporate the fixes made in 6.1 so PK users can also enjoy these.
Basically, the issue on the PK is that you are sometimes not able to send messages and this is dependant on the SMTP server you are using to send email.
