Charles! Up until now, the Pdi products had to be returned to have the
upgrades burned onto the hard drive, however they offered downloadable
versions which went into the keysoft disk. Now in this upcoming upgrade we
are supposed to receive this on a flash card which will allow the upgrade
some way or fashion to be burned onto our hard drives.
But usually they would send us an announcement to a secure web site and we
could go get the upgrade download it into our keysoft disk and keep it there
until which time we sent the machine in for cleaning and they would usually
burn that particular upgrade onto the permanent drive.
