Hi Paul and list, there is a known issue in KeySoft 6.0, which results in not being able to connect to some SMTP servers. The end result of this is, depending on which SMTP server you are using, will depend on whether you can send email or not. We are aware this is a serious issue and we will be addressing this issue as soon as we possibly can.
Meanwhile, if you have access to other SMTP servers, you could try them and this is possibly a work around for the moment.
