Nancy, you can do the back up either way. It will or should ask if you want
to back all or folders and you just tell it by letter what you want.

Subject: [Braillenote] Bookshare again

> Hi. I was able to unpack the books off-line. I never dreamed I could do
that. I must not have read my wonderful tutorial carefully en, grin. Sorry
folks. We always learn something new every minute on this list from
ourselves and others.
> I am having trouble backing up files to my 5Gig storage carg though. I've
never really backed anything up from the Br Note, I'm ashamed to admit. I
read the manual and thought I could do a global backup. I tho it said you
do it incrementally as you go along to save time. If this has been rehashed
before, please ignore it. Would someone go over the steps again? I tho I go
to utilities, enter on backup, hit B, but I'm not sure if I must back up one
folder at a time, or what. Thanks.
