Nancy: When you are in the Utilities menu, go to backup, then it will give you the option for backing up all, enter on the BT. The first time you backup, you can not do an incremental backup, but after the first time you may. My suggestion, & it's only my point of view, is that if you have the space on your drive, do a complete backup every time. The amount of time it takes isn't that different.

I was able to unpack the books off-line. I never dreamed I could do that. I must not have read my wonderful tutorial carefully en, grin. Sorry folks. We always learn something new every minute on this list from ourselves and others. > I am having trouble backing up files to my 5Gig storage carg though. I've never really backed anything up from the Br Note, I'm ashamed to admit. I read the manual and thought I could do a global backup. I tho it said you do it incrementally as you go along to save time. If this has been rehashed before, please ignore it. Would someone go over the steps again? I tho I go to utilities, enter on backup, hit B, but I'm not sure if I must back up one folder at a time, or what.
