I had this problem as well recently. What I did was to use Web Mail and clear
all e-mails, which, in effect, cleared them from the server. Then, I no longer
was attempting to download that group of messages, which solved the problem.

Basically, I wasn't able to find a way to allow the BN to download that
message, so just clear the mail from the server by either downloading it using
your PC with your e-mail client set to delete mail from the server or use Web
Mail to clear out all messages (oddly enough, even when I deleted only the
message in question with Web Mail, the BN was still apparently trying to
download it because I was still receiving the error, and I only was able to
solve the problem by clearing all messages).

FYI, my problem was with the 4th message in a group. This was with 6.1, and I
hadn't ever had the problem either prior to installing the upgrade.

HTH,
Maria
