Marianne,

That's really good news, but I'm curious.  How did the people at PDI fix it? 
Did they send you something to load into your system or did they tell you what 
to download from the site to fix it? Maybe it was something they walked you 
through on the phone.  If so, what was it, and how long did it take? If you 
don't mind me asking, did it cost a lot to fix it?
