Hi. Have you tried the card or cards in the BN 32? I had a friend whose
card was not recognized in either of our BN's, so we put the card in the
laptop, moved the files, formatted the card and put the files back on. then
it worked just fine. I am sure you know to never format a flashcard in the
BN 32, I am not sure about the PK. Hope I could be of some help.

I have just unpacked my BrailleNote PK and have gone through materials and
have listened to the audio tutorial also. I have gone through all the
resets. When a card is inserted in the PK it responds with card not
recognised.
Any thoughts on what I might be missing? I have a BN32 also and have not
had that message before.
