Hi everyone. I have been encountering an error message when using the email function on my BrailleNote. It has popped up when I have tried to send and receive and to free the database space. Also, when trying to move emails to the trash folder, the BrailleNote has frozen.
Tis is the error message: "flash disk warning: the system encountered a storage card error (error code 112). If a storage card was removed, please reinsert it, and then, select yes to retry or no to fail.mjmjwarning, failing this error may result in lost data." My Compact Flash Card always stays in my BN. I have tried taking it out and re-inserting it, plus pressing yes and no. It remains exactly as is. I have tried doing an ordinary reset, but as soon as I try to use it for email purposes again, the same problems arise. So far, it has not affected the rest of the functions on my BN, though I did have an=message appear a couple of weeks ago, concerning formatting my compact flash card which also warned me of consequently losing data if I went ahead with it. Am I running out of space and need to do some clearing up or is it a hard or software problem? Has anyone else had this problem? What concerns me is this is the third problem I've had with this unit c=since I bought it back in June last year. Any assistance would be really helpful. Michele
