Dear Bob and Rhonda I have tried both your suggestions. I was able to delete from both he file manager and word processor with no trouble at all, on both he flash disk and compact flash card. After doing the 4-5-6 reset, I tried again and couldn't get into the free database option, because it kept saying ti couldn't find the path specified. This problem was repaired however by the machine and so I tried again. I have again come up with the same message.
