Hi Diane, mailman will have explained the cause of any failure to execute your commands. Therefore, please refer to such a message for an explanation and forward it to me if you need help understanding it. If no such message exists, then the issue is obviously that for some reason your message did not reach Mailman. My suggestion, based on what you have already told me, is to try sending a message with both commands in the message body. This doesn't seem to me to be the likely cause of your problem, though, as Mailman treats the message subject as part of your input. Perhaps writing to Mailman as you described is an exception. If I find that, I will let the list know. You could also make sure that your password is case-sensitively correct, but again, this will be explained in your Mailman response.
