Hi Deon, I'm in the same situation. I had to send my BN in for maintenance and had 6.1 installed at the same time. Like you, I didn't receive a compact flash card with a copy of the update although the option I have on my Maintenance agreement also paid for a CF card.
I haven't followed this up with HumanWare here in the UK yet but I think I might. Regards, Ian.
