It's easy enough to set up in JAWS; in the JAWS Options menu, go to Braille, then "add display" and fill in the fields in the dialog. The BrailleNote has to be in terminal mode to work as a display. After you've informed JAWS of your intentions, and set everything up, you'll have to restart JAWS before you see Braille on your display.
Now for the bad news: you can't go back and forth from terminal mode to notetaker mode. I've heard you can do this with a Braille Lite M40, although I haven't tested it. But not with the BrailleNote. Does jaws 4.51 support this and how would I set up the braille note to be a display for jaws at home where I'm running 4.51. I'd like to know how to set that up in case I needed to or just wanted to and is there a way to take notes like go from display mode into a document then back to display? I thought I read recently that this is possible and if not, is that something that could be added at some point? ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.pulsedata.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
